Mammography clinical environment

Platform Overview

MammoRadiomics is a research and innovation initiative focused on building a standardized, reproducible platform for radiomics analysis of breast MRI. The project addresses key challenges in imaging biomarker research, including limited reproducibility, methodological heterogeneity, and lack of transparency across radiomics studies.

Developed within active clinical research environments, MammoRadiomics evolves through collaboration with radiologists and clinical researchers working with real-world imaging datasets. This ensures alignment with practical clinical workflows and data complexity encountered in hospital-based research.

The Road Ahead

The long-term vision is to advance breast MRI radiomics through reproducible methodologies, multi-center studies, model benchmarking, and retrospective biomarker validation while remaining scalable for future translational research.

Strategic Funding Plan

Developed under the NPOO-funded project “Development of a Predictive Artificial Intelligence System for Personalized Treatment of Breast Cancer – MammoRadiomics.”

Our platform provides structured, well-documented workflows for radiomic analysis and reproducible breast MRI modeling.

Collaborative Expertise

An interdisciplinary team of clinicians, radiologists, statisticians, and machine learning researchers drives the project, combining clinical insight with computational rigor to support scientifically sound and clinically relevant research.

MammoRadiomics is positioned strictly as a research platform. It does not provide clinical recommendations or decision support but serves as a transparent environment for exploratory, validation, and hypothesis-generating imaging biomarker studies.

Use at your institution

MammoRadiomics is a standardized radiomics platform for academic and clinical use, enabling reproducible research and scalable radiomics workflows.
